Can I return my item(s)?

Yes, absolutely. Please review the guidelines below to confirm if your purchase qualifies for a return.
We offer 30-day returns for all customers.
A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The 30-day return window begins the day your order is delivered or picked up.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged.

• Earrings must remain in their sealed and unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
