How long does delivery take?
We know you can’t wait to receive your new Voyage World jewelry (we get it!).
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35/£35/€35 to most countries — because beautiful jewelry shouldn’t come with unnecessary shipping costs.
Every order includes tracked shipping, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Note: Orders are processed 7 days a week but only shipped Monday–Friday.
During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, shipping may take slightly longer due to order volume.
*We are unable to offer free shipping to certain countries — shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following countries due to postal or customs restrictions:
Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Aruba, Bangladesh, Belize, Botswana, Chile, Cook Islands, Egypt, India, Iraq, Nepal, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Serbia, Sri Lanka, and others listed at checkout.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order is dispatched, address changes can no longer be guaranteed.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delays are rare, but they can happen — often due to customs or courier schedules.

If your parcel is lost, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Will my items arrive together?
We do our best to ship orders in one package.
However, depending on warehouse availability, your order might arrive in separate parcels.
If that happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers — so you can easily follow each shipment.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Most customers don’t.
However, in some rare cases, your country’s customs agency may apply handling fees or import taxes.
These costs are outside our control and must be paid by the recipient.
As customs regulations vary, we recommend checking your local import policy before ordering.
Can I return my order?
Yes — we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’d like to return your jewelry, email us at support@voyageworld.co to arrange a return.
We offer a 30-day refund window starting from the day your order is delivered.
Simply let us know within that time and we’ll process your return or exchange.
My item arrived damaged!

Every order is carefully packed in bubble protection and gift boxes, but if something arrives damaged, email us at support@voyageworld.co.
We’ll immediately send you a replacement free of charge.
How is the jewelry packaged?
Each piece of Voyage World jewelry arrives in a luxury branded box, ready for gifting or safekeeping.
Your jewelry is securely protected during shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
